Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer at SVMK, responsible for turning operational complexity into clarity, efficiency, and commercial impact. Although his career in logistics spans just under a year, his broader background across e-commerce and operational consulting has given him a distinctive edge: he specialises in building high-performing systems that connect customer experience, data insights, and supply-chain performance into one streamlined operation.

Before joining SVMK, he worked with a portfolio of well-known retail and D2C brands including Simba Sleep, The White Company, JD Sports and TM Lewin, where he was part of the team responsible for bringing the business out of administration. As a consultant, he has supported more than 15 ecommerce brands such as Itch Pet, Carbon Theory, Free Soul and The Modern Milkman, helping them optimise fulfilment processes, improve service metrics, and implement technology that scales.

He is also known for bridging the gap between commercial strategy and operational execution, bringing a calm, analytical approach to fast-moving environments. Whether working alongside brand founders, logistics partners or internal teams, he focuses on building scalable structures, transparent reporting frameworks and repeatable processes that enable sustainable growth.
